FOSE PRODUCERS 1105 GOVERNMENT INFORMATION GROUP ENTER INTO STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH RFID IN HEALTHCARE CONSORTIUM
(FALLS CHURCH, Va.) JANUARY 6, 2009 The 1105 Government Information Group and the RFID in Healthcare Consortium of The RFID Educational Foundation, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership for the co-location of a healthcare and government workshop/symposium in conjunction with 1105’s FOSE trade show.
Informing and educating on the use of radio frequency identification (RFID) and wireless technologies in healthcare management, the RFID in Healthcare Consortium www.rfidinhealthcare.org <http://www.rfidinhealthcare.org/> advocates the safe and effective use of wireless based technologies in healthcare. The Consortium’s membership is concerned with issues and solutions that pertain to the successful use wireless technologies for patient care and safety. Consortium efforts include delivering educational programs, support for standards, development of benchmark specifications, best practices, and sponsorship of educational events for all interested parties in the healthcare industry. The RFID Foundation is a non-profit charitable educational institution.
